Each pen contains one preserved octopus tentacle. These are sealed to prevent any leaking or evaporation. Pen ink is black, and the ballpoint cartridge is replaceable. We have a variety of pen colors and patterns available, so you will receive one of our choosing. If you have a preference, please leave us a note in the customer comments box in the checkout process.
